Refund and Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy: We will gladly exchange tickets for a different performance of the same show provided that seats are available and that the request is made at least 1 business day prior to the original ticketed performance. Contact the box office to request an exchange (box-office@theatreinthegrove.org).
Refund Policy: In general, we do not issue refunds. However, we may consider a refund in an extenuating circumstance. Please contact the box office (box-office@theatreinthegrove.org) with the reason for the refund. We will not issue a refund on day of show if all in your party are not able to attend.
If Theatre in the Grove cancels a show due to an extenuating circumstance, we will contact you to determine if you want your ticket exchanged for a future performance during the current season, your tickets refunded, or your ticket purchase be converted into a donation. We will exchange your tickets for a future performance during the current season at no charge. If you opt for a refund, be aware that the service fees charged by our ticketing partner are not refunded. If, by the end of the season you still have unused tickets, those will revert to a donation.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Theatre in the Grove).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
